Privacy Policy

Short version: the app collects nothing, except for the optional Bubble Reef purchase. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising. Everything the game itself saves stays on your device — the one exception is described below.
What the app stores
Am I kawaii? saves four things so the game remembers you between sessions:
- Your progress: the highest level you unlocked and your best time on each one
- Your language choice (English or Spanish)
- Whether you already saw the tutorial
- Whether sound is on or off
This is stored locally on your device, in the app's own storage and in the system preferences that belong to the app. It never leaves your device and it is not sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
In-App Purchases
The app offers one optional purchase, the Bubble Reef level pack. If you buy it, the purchase is processed through RevenueCat, which we use to verify the payment and let you restore it on a new device with the "Restore purchases" button. RevenueCat receives that purchase record, tied only to an anonymous purchaser ID — not to your name, email or any other identity — and it is not used for tracking or advertising. None of this happens unless you choose to buy the pack.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect, transmit or sell personal data, other than the purchase above
- It does not ask for an account, an email or a name
- It contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs
- It does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location
- It does not use advertising identifiers and does not track you across apps or websites
It works fully offline
The game makes no network requests at all. Artwork and sound are generated on your device as you play, and the fonts ship inside the app. You can play the whole game in airplane mode.
Sharing
If you tap Share, your device's own share sheet opens with a link to the game's website. You choose whether to send it and to whom. We do not see what you send, and we do not receive anything back.
Vibration
The app uses your device's haptic engine for a small tap on each move. This only produces vibration; it reads no data.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+. Nothing the app itself collects identifies a child, and the one purchase described above isn't linked to any identity either. Family Sharing purchases go through Apple's own Ask to Buy approval before they complete.
The website
puzzle-kawaii.vercel.app is the game's website. If you play a browser version of the game, it behaves the same way: your progress stays in your browser and nothing is sent to us. The site's home page also remembers the language you pick, in your browser and nowhere else. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server access logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to operate and protect the service. We do not run analytics on the site and we do not use those logs to identify anyone.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. If a future version of the app were to start collecting anything, that would be stated here before the change ships.

Versión corta: la app no recolecta nada, salvo la compra opcional de Arrecife de Burbujas. Sin cuentas, sin analítica, sin publicidad. Todo lo que guarda el juego en sí se queda en tu dispositivo — la única excepción se explica abajo.
Qué guarda la app
Am I kawaii? guarda cuatro cosas para que el juego te recuerde entre una partida y otra:
- Tu progreso: hasta qué nivel desbloqueaste y tu mejor tiempo en cada uno
- El idioma que elegiste (inglés o español)
- Si ya viste el tutorial
- Si el sonido está encendido o apagado
Todo eso se guarda localmente en tu dispositivo, en el almacenamiento propio de la app y en las preferencias del sistema que le pertenecen. Nunca sale de tu dispositivo ni se envía a ningún lado. Si borrás la app, se borra todo.
Compras dentro de la app
La app ofrece una compra opcional, el paquete de niveles Arrecife de Burbujas. Si la comprás, el pago se procesa a través de RevenueCat, que usamos para verificar el pago y permitirte restaurarlo en un dispositivo nuevo con el botón "Restaurar compras". RevenueCat recibe ese registro de compra, asociado sólo a un ID de comprador anónimo — no a tu nombre, mail ni ninguna otra identidad — y no se usa para rastreo ni publicidad. Nada de esto ocurre a menos que elijas comprar el paquete.
Qué no hace la app
- No recolecta, transmite ni vende datos personales, salvo la compra de arriba
- No te pide cuenta, ni mail, ni nombre
- No tiene analítica, ni publicidad, ni SDKs de rastreo de terceros
- No pide acceso a tus contactos, fotos, cámara, micrófono ni ubicación
- No usa identificadores publicitarios ni te rastrea entre apps o sitios
Funciona 100% sin internet
El juego no hace ninguna petición de red. El arte y el sonido se generan en tu dispositivo mientras jugás, y las tipografías viajan dentro de la app. Podés jugarlo entero en modo avión.
Compartir
Si tocás Compartir, se abre la hoja de compartir de tu propio dispositivo con un link al sitio del juego. Vos decidís si lo mandás y a quién. No vemos qué enviás ni recibimos nada.
Vibración
La app usa el motor háptico de tu dispositivo para un golpecito en cada movimiento. Eso solo produce vibración; no lee ningún dato.
Niños
El juego es apto para todas las edades y está clasificado 4+. Nada de lo que recolecta la app identifica a un menor, y la compra descripta arriba tampoco está vinculada a ninguna identidad. Las compras por Family Sharing pasan primero por la aprobación "Pedir la compra" (Ask to Buy) de Apple antes de completarse.
El sitio web
puzzle-kawaii.vercel.app es el sitio del juego. Si jugás una versión de navegador, funciona igual: tu progreso queda en tu navegador y no se nos envía nada. La portada del sitio recuerda además el idioma que elegís, en tu navegador y en ningún otro lado. El sitio está alojado en Vercel, que mantiene registros de acceso estándar (dirección IP, tipo de navegador, fecha y hora) para operar y proteger el servicio. No usamos analítica en el sitio ni usamos esos registros para identificar a nadie.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión se publica en esta página con una fecha nueva. Si alguna versión futura de la app pasara a recolectar algo, se aclararía acá antes de que el cambio salga.
